1. Data we collect

Checkout data: name, purchase email, two-letter billing country and any optional billing phone number you submit. Telvora does not currently create a customer login account.

Transaction data: order number, amount, currency, payment state and provider references. Card details are entered on the hosted provider page; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Support data: your messages and the information you provide for a question, refund, complaint or dispute. Technical data may include IP address, browser details, request timestamps, security events and server error logs.

Policy evidence: the server logs the order number, policy version, accepted policy names and timestamp without logging the checkout name, email, phone or billing country in that acceptance event.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to process and reconcile orders, respond to support and refund requests, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with law and establish or defend legal claims. The legal bases may include taking steps at your request and performing a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in secure and reliable commerce, and consent where law requires it.

3. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our hosted payment provider and payment agent, payment networks and financial institutions, hosting and security suppliers, communications providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Transaction, tax and accounting records are kept for legally required periods. Support and dispute records are kept while needed to resolve and document the matter. Security logs are retained for a proportionate period. Deployment logs containing policy-acceptance evidence are subject to the configured hosting log retention. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies.

5. International transfers

Our operator and suppliers may process data in different countries. Where applicable privacy law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an available lawful mechanism such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email info@mytelvora.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You may complain to the privacy or data-protection authority that applies where you live or work. Contacting us first does not limit that right.

7. Cookies and security

See the standalone Cookie Policy for the site's current cookie use and the hosted payment page. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
